INSPYRE CONCORDE V3 FRAME/FORK SET

Introducing the all-new Inspyre Concorde V3 frame, the result of two years of intensive testing and development in collaboration with the Inspyre team. Completely re-engineered, it stands as one of the most advanced aluminum BMX Race frames on the market today.

The Concorde V3 features entirely new tubing throughout the frame, with the exception of the down tube. Every tube has been meticulously hydroformed to achieve an optimal balance between lightness, strength, and aerodynamics. The attention to detail is especially evident in the innovative design of the junction between the down tube, bottom bracket, and rear stays. This junction, the widest on any current aluminum BMX Race frame, is the product of precise engineering by the Inspyre team.

Generous tube cross-sections and smooth transitions ensure an optimal load distribution, creating a frame with exceptional lateral rigidity. This increased stiffness significantly improves pedaling efficiency, ensuring optimal power transfer to the drivetrain. By minimizing frame flex, the Concorde V3 maximizes energy return, providing an unmatched riding experience on BMX tracks. The use of variable wall thickness tubing marks a major advancement, reducing the weight of the Concorde V3 without compromising its overall strength and rigidity. Thanks to this innovation, the V3 is now 15% lighter than its predecessor, the V2.

The aesthetics of the Concorde V3 have been carefully crafted. This new model stands out with flat welds, offering an exceptionally high-quality finish. The paintwork is meticulously executed, with undercoat stickers adding an extra touch of refinement. Every detail has been considered to ensure not only optimal performance but also an elegant and polished visual appearance.

Its newly designed CNC-machined hourglass-shaped head tube introduces an entirely new dynamic to the bike. Conforming to the IS 45x45 standard, we recommend the use of PRIDE RACING headset bearings, which perfectly match the head tube's design. The head tubes on the Concorde V3 are kept low, measuring 110 mm for juniors and 115 mm for adults, to lower the handlebar position as much as possible, promoting an aggressive starting and riding posture on the track.

The oversized new rear stays provide increased stiffness, and the integration of a wide bottom bracket further enhances this robustness. The stays are perfectly aligned with the bottom bracket width to offer maximum lateral rigidity.

The Junior, Expert, and Expert XL versions feature specifically tailored tubes suited to the anatomy of younger riders, ensuring a frame that is less rigid and lighter than the adult version. After all, younger riders are lighter and less powerful, so why use the same tubes and structure?

The SWELL rear dropout system has been completely redesigned for a better user experience. The SWELL V2 dropouts provide a real 25 mm adjustment range. The internal aluminum 7075-T6 plates in the dropouts stay in place even when the wheel is removed, ensuring optimal ease of use during maintenance. The chain tensioning system uses two CNC-machined adjusters mounted on a stainless-steel axle. The disc brake mount follows the postmount standard for a 120 mm disc, but it is possible to use a 140 mm disc with a +20 mm spacer. The dropout comes standard with a 15 mm thru-axle (sold separately). 15mm to 10mm adapters are included with the frame.

Additionally, this dropout is compatible with the latest ADS chain tensioner, allowing you to adjust your wheelbase regardless of your gear ratio.

With the Concorde V3, Inspyre redefines BMX Race performance, providing riders with an exceptional platform to push their limits on the track.
